House Rules

The house rules are very minimal. I have the standard pool rules for your safety. The interior house rules just consist of no smoking or vaping. I do not allow large parties. However, I am fine with a family getting together or friends gathering to eat and enjoy conversation.
My goal is for you to enjoy our home and enjoy the island life.

The space
The large deck has plenty of seating and eating areas. The large bed swing will make all of your worries disappear as you lie there and listen to the waves and seagulls. It's paradise!
Guest access
Our guest has access to the entire home, indoors and outdoors. The direct beach access makes the walk to the beach seem as if it's in your front yard.
Additional notes
The new six-seater golf cart in the photos, is available to our guest for a fee. The quote is based upon the length of your stay.

Neighborhood overview
St. George Island is an island off the Florida Panhandle in The Gulf of Mexico.
The Island has a relaxed, peaceful setting. The beautiful sunrises on the Gulf and the amazing sunsets on the bay. It offers a state park with camping, fishing or walking along the beach shelling.
Getting around
Island Memories offers free parking. There is a golf cart on the property for an additional fee. Free use of bikes. Traffic is controlled by low speed limits, so walking is a great way to get around the island.
